Whether you're planning a large-scale soirée or a laid-back affair with your closest friends and family, our events team is here to help create a night to remember. Catering from 50 up to 160 guests, The Bistro offers a comprehensive event package that highlights each unique space, paired with elegant event styling, creative food offerings and tailored beverage options. All evening functions have exclusive use of our stunning indoor spaces and outdoor deck overlooking the park grounds. You can use the spaces as they are, or bring in your own vendors such as a florist or DJ - we just need a heads up of your plans so we can make sure everything runs smoothly.

Whether you’re after a more formal sit-down dinner, relaxed buffet dining, or an array of cocktail-style small plates, our team of chefs have a menu of gourmet food to suit. Our food style reflects our surroundings. Hugely influenced by the changing seasons and the abundance of impressive New Zealand produce on our doorstep, our menus, cocktail and wine list change frequently to reflect this.

We’re fully licensed, so when it comes to beverages, there’s a full range of alcoholic & non-alcoholic options available (plus the option to BYO wine & champagne, with no corkage fee).

The Bistro is available for private evening functions anytime between 5.30pm until midnight. All bookings include full set up of linen, tableware, glassware and cordless microphone. Contact us today to discuss your options and how we make for special event come to life.
